Dean Hawes is a friendly dynamic business man and family man. From leaving school has been involved within the motor trade environment, from collage learning skills within the automotive body shop industry, panel beating, paint spraying and refinishing paintwork.
Dean has gone on to work at various main dealers over the years like Bussey's Ford, Toyota Dingles and other valeting companies. Working within the pdi preparation departments, preparing new and used cars to the high standards, while Dean was at Bussey's he had training to apply there Diamond Brite paint & fabric protection ensuring the New and Used cars were protected against the elements.
Whilst working at the dealers, Dean has also gained customer service skills within the companies, aliasing with the customers as the role required this at times to ensure full satisfaction before handover.
As mentioned Dean is a family man of a young family which supports his drive, determination and ambition in what he enjoys and finds interesting and will continue to do so going forward. Dean has also has been a father since a young age so had to mature very quickly which has only helped his focus on work and learning new skills to support his growing family over the years. But the end goal was to have his own company, to get even more satisfaction from his job from seeing and hearing the magic words from customers, how impressed they are from the transformation of there car after dean has worked his magic and taken care of it from start to finish.
Over the years working within the motor trade, Dean has met many other local smaller business owners and services, which now support his business and now have built a good relationship with and book in with Dean regular to carry out work on there sales cars and personal vehicles.
